Hello! I'm Catalina. I'm a digital and traditional artist from Chile.
I've been drawing since I was a child but started taking it seriously when I was 16yo doing studies and practicing in high school. Well, "practicing" because I did what I could as a teen with not many resources haha.
I enjoy playing video games, watching anime, movies and tv series, sculpting and reading manhwa/webtoons.

- Below $25 you must pay upfront.
- Above $26, you can pay 50% upfront to start working and 50% before the drawing is finish. I will not send the official picture if the payment is not completed
- No refunds, be sure you can pay for the service beforehand so we avoid misunderstandings- I'll be happy to answer any question regarding my commissions information so feel free to reach out through the mediums listed above. 🌻
Terms of service
Purchasing a commissions from me means you agree with everything listed below.
If you have a problem with any of the conditions listed we can discuss it prior any payment.
General Terms
❀ The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the order if it finds it necessary.❀The customer can ask for a refund if the artist hasn't started working on the order yet. Once in the sketch process it is considered as order started and there will be no refunds.❀ The artist will ask the customer for permission to post the commissioned artwork on social media. If done, will be including watermarks and low resolution to prevent stealing/reposting.❀ The customer must give credits to the artist for the commissioned artwork when posted online and never claim it as if you made it. You are entitled to your creative ideas behind it, but not the artwork itself.
Personal & Commercial use
❀ The customer has the right to use the commissioned artwork in any way they preferrer as long as they don't make any profit in doing so, that means the customer can use it as a profile picture, wallpaper, a decorative print (single copy), can post it on social media and others personal uses ONLY.❀The customer can pay an additional fee for commercial use, meaning that you can profit from the commissioned piece by; selling merchandise or post it on profitable websites. This additional fee isn't necessary for Twitch emotes or youtube profile pictures.❀ Additional fee: +150% of the original price.❀ The customer must not use the commisioned artwork for AI training, NFTs or simmilars.
Working process
❀ Before placing an order, the artist will inform you about hours and availability. If the client needs a rush commission, a rush fee is added. (+30% of the original price.)❀ Payment will be required before starting the sketch (more info on "Payment methods").❀ Once the sketch is started, the client can make as many changes as they wish. Once the sketch is approved, we will begin the coloring stage, the client will only be able to change the color as many times as they want. Once the colors have been established, the rendering stage will begin, the client can make up to 3 changes, any additional changes would have a cost of +$10. If the artist forgets to draw a detail it does not count as an additional change.❀ Working time: Between 3 to 14 days (can vary if the commission is simple or complex, at any case the customer will be notified). You can ask for WIP's but don't do it daily.❀ Reviews will be made with screenshots through a social media of convenience that allows photos.❀ While working on the commission. If the client doesn't respond in more than 10 days without prior notice, the commission will be postponed. If the client doesn't respond in more than 4 weeks without prior notice, the commission will be cancelled.❀ An email will be necessary to deliver the artwork in full resolution. The original file is not inclued, if you need the file an additional fee will be added. Please note that I work on Krita and can convert to a psd file but some variables can happen.
Payment methods
❀ I accept payment through Paypal or Ko-fi. US currency I'm from Chile so I also accept chilean bank transfer.❀ For the amount of $25 or less must pay upfront.❀ Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% before the drawing is finish. The official picture will not be sent if the payment is not completed.
